Ian Ransome
heads the TAP SMS Team and is responsible TAP’s
suite of sample management systems, ultra high throughput
screening systems and high speed plate workstations.
Ian holds a BSc with honours in Cell Biology and
Biochemistry from the University of York and brings
comprehensive life science automation experience
to his role, having previously held senior positions
at EMAX and Tecan UK. |

- Full 'pre-sales' support - the account management
team has a wealth of applications expertise
and experience to help you choose the right

- Account managers are based locally in both
the USA and Europe.
- All account managers have science backgrounds
and come from GMP or research environments
- Expertise includes: senior project management
experience in the design, build and commissioning
of GMP manufacturing facilities for FDA licensed
therapeutics, as well as senior pharmaceutical
management leading drug discovery programmes.

TAP offers
a mix of established labware items and new developments
- both in-house designs for TAP automation systems,
as well as those developed in collaboration with
leading labware and consumable suppliers.
The 'TAP Consumables' website provides further details
on the sample management consumables range and features
an online quotation request system. All quotation
requests and questions are managed by a dedicated
team within the TAP Partnership Services group.
