Partnership Services provides a range of professional services to assist customers in the effective operation and maintenance of their systems. The goal is to help customers use their systems and processes productively and confidently and ensure that delivery exceeds expectation.
 
Training courses
Supply of standard, advanced and refresher courses for operator and front-line maintenance training. Courses covering more specialised topics (e.g. liquid handling) are
also available to help increase operational performance and quality.
Start-up support
Provision of support and / or project management services to help customers during start-up and transitional phases of operation. Includes scoping, planning, risk management of operational activities and personnel as required.
Rapid cell supply service
Designed to help customers accelerate key cell line supply from their automated cell culture systems following installation. This service combines TAP's expertise in cell
culture automation with the customer's own cell supply skills.
Process improvement
A consultative programme to assist with the integration and process flow of automation systems, and ensure that delivery profile matches expectations at all levels in the organisation. Includes process analysis, schedule monitoring and application review.
 
Application support
For customers with cell culture systems TAP provides scientific and biological support from life scientists familiar with TAP's systems and customers' science.
Protocol supply
Partnership Services can provide new protocols for customers with automated cell culture systems. Existing protocols can also be modified to enhance functionality and optimise performance.
Provision of system operators and engineers
Supply of trained personnel to run TAP cell culture systems and provide front-line maintenance.
